The Collective is non-commercial, entirely independent and governed by representatives of our member organisations.
The Collective was formed following discussions in 2022 between various groups, initially brought together by the Edinburgh Community Climate Forum project (under the auspices of Edinburgh Voluntary Organisations Council (EVOC), with the support of the City of Edinburgh Council). The formation of the Collective was agreed in early 2023 and then formalised in May 2023 following an application for funding.
